Shortlist before sharing numbers
Phone numbers stay private until shortlist (or later stages). Chat on AuPairly, then shortlist when you’re serious.
Use the placement board
Start a placement from a profile. Drag cards across Interested, Interview, Trial, and Placed. Day-7 and day-30 check-ins help both sides stay supported.
