Email verification required

AuPairly uses Privy to verify email before registration. Add these to Vercel / .env:

• NEXT_PUBLIC_PRIVY_APP_ID — from dashboard.privy.io
• PRIVY_APP_SECRET — server secret (never public)
• Enable Email login method in the Privy dashboard
