Step 1
Sign up as a host (need care / want a house swap) or sitter (offer care). Pick au pair, tutor, caregiving, house sitting, house swap, dog/pet sitting — or combine them in a 2-minute setup.
Step 2
Add a clear photo, bio, and city. Sitters applying for jobs add a 1-minute intro video. Complete ID + selfie verification for a Verified badge. Reach ~70% completeness to unlock Discover and boosts.
Step 3
Filter by category and location, explore the map by region, or swipe in Discover with service filters and match scores. House-swap hosts get destination match suggestions.
Step 4
Express interest, chat in-app (phone numbers stay private until shortlist), shortlist favourites, and move serious matches on the placement board. Free tier applies; upgrade when you hit limits.
Step 5
Plus from R99 / 2 weeks or R249 for 3 months unlocks unlimited messages, interests, and Discover. Premium adds priority placement and more boosts — once-off via Paystack.
